    as of today 27/10/23 when using ghostery youtube will not load till this add on is disabled
    once fixed this add on is a 5 star

    update it's 30/10/23 and youtube loads fine now with this add on turned on!!! 5 star again for this

    Ghostery used to work fine, but something in Youtube's code changed in the last few hours (10.26.23) which makes the page not display at all (just a blown-up video vignette + a broken user menu) unless you disable Ghostery...

    Fixed needed quickly please!

    the cookie part of this extension almost never works when ad blocking is disabled, and often doesn't work even in extremely popular sites, and i already have an adblock, i just want a cookie extension that fucking works

    I'm sure it blocks some things, but I got it specifically for the cookies popups, and it only gets a few of those. Not very thorough.

    THE DAMN SITE S T I L L DETECTS THE FUCKING ADBLOCKER, EVEN WHEN IT HIDES FROM AN ADBLOCK DETECTOR!

    great while it lasted but youtube is now able to detect it (10-10-23)and after several reloads of the video wont work and recieved email about possible temp ban on my account.

    Youtube now detects it as adblocking extension, and blocks video playback with it enabled.

    I used Ghostery for many years now and was very happy with it (= 5 stars). However, a couple weeks ago ads started to appear on websites again (and if you're not used to it, this is very annoying). I tried to get it to work again but no luck. Had to switch to another blocker and now I'm hassle free again. Thanks for the good time!
