What they don't tell you is that "AI" large language models are just technology that already existed but started getting packaged as "AI" for marketing reasons. Now "AI" can refer to anything from an image generator to document spellchecking. I see no meaningful artificial approximation of intelligence. Computers do not think. They add and subtract for us. Nothing has yet been made in the likeness of the human mind. And when it is. It will have to be destroyed ,utterly, and condemned as חרם.

No longer working. AI overview is moved down to the second or third result, not eliminated.

It just shoves the AI overview one or two results down, it doesn't "hide" anything.

i hate the rise of generative AI and how it's being forced down our throats. with extensions like this, i can easily (and thankfully) reduce my carbon footprint. my only issue is that the AI overview still pops up under the first couple of hits in a search so i would like to see that removed as well. thank you!

Doesn't work. Google figured out how to get around it. DO NOT BOTHER. This add-=on is now completely useless.

Best one I have found so far. The two others I tried either uses the web section in search or the AI Overview shows up for like a second before going away. This had none of those issues so I give it 5 stars. Thank you

No longer works. All my permissions are turned on but I still see those stupid "results" with every search. Google sucks.

No longer works. An easy alternative if you're using ublock origin is to just add this to your filters:
