UN-installing and reinstalling the extension fix the issue for a bit, but then it start all over again, asking to login again and again.

2/21: Still getting worse. Never stays in sync with desktop app so entering passcode twice. App is excruciatingly slow in firefox compared to others in doing anything.
They're compromising developer experience at the cost of consumer convenience. It's slower than previous versions, more intrusive in the most inconvenient of ways and now is just lipstick on a really bad UX. Only benefit is outside of owning your password management, they're the only ones left with security.Odgovor programera

As a result, I can't open any of the websites whose passwords have been generated by One Password. I haven't been able to find a fix for this issue so am locked out of many of these websites.
