1Password for Firefox needs the ability to write to the local database to store data. If Firefox is configured to always launch in Private Browsing mode, then 1Password doesn't have the ability to write to that local database.
If you'd like to use 1Password in Firefox as well as browse in Private Browsing mode, configuring Firefox to not open in Private Browsing mode automatically, then manually launching a Private Browsing window would be your best bet. I have been unable to retrieve pwds or login on my iPhone and so called customer service has not even recognized the problem.
Excellent program until something goes wrong, then horrible, NON-EXISTENT, boilerplate customer service.Odgovor programera

- Ocijenjeno s 1 od 5od Simse, prije 3 godinehad to reinstall the extension on a fresh profile, and, o boy: 1pass does no longer give the usable functionality of days past: I do have expressively click on the 1pw extension in the bar and enter User/PW credentials, no fingerprint (as before), no direct popup near the formfields - pure just frustration.
So, decided to migrate all away from this stumbling fumbling frency... It used to be cool and nice, but UX just declined downhill with 1pass!Odgovor programera

As I expected, there is a bit of a learning curve. I find its flexibility and share-ability quite appealing and plan to take full advantage of the family aspects. This should keep the family a good bit more secure than we have sometimes been!

The extension never loads, just spins to oblivion. I'll probably be reverting to 7 and the (desktop required) version of the extension.

- Ocijenjeno s 1 od 5od Lawson, prije 3 godineUpgraded to version 8 for Mac yesterday and the extension for Firefox and Chrome does not work. I have deleted the extension from the browsers and reinstalled and they do not show up on the tool bar. The extension for Safari does work.
