The absolute best and cleanest download manager I've used. Open Source and simple and very fast! And it doesn't suffer from the "temp location" or "rebuilding parts" the outdated IDM suffers from. This is how you make and design software, the dev knows his stuff and knows what makes an app great.

It can't download video, this can download as firefox, so I not need ABD for use my RAM and SSD memory. is available now download media? Yes I tested, did you try download from YouTube or 1000 another sities? It not works

Hi! Just to clarify, this is a download manager, not a full-featured video downloader. Unlike browsers like Firefox, it offers features such as multi-connection downloads, queues, schedulers, and categories to make downloading faster and more organized.
In this app the video download feature is basic — it only supports regular media files like MP4, MP3, and non-encrypted HLS streams. Encrypted streams like YouTube are not supported.
I would really appreciate it if you could rate the app based on the features it provides and how well they work, rather than expectations for things it doesn’t offer.

I recently migrated from IDM to AB Download Manager and I don’t regret it, excellent application, and excellent integration addon, so far no news from me, live the open source software

Would love to give this a higher rating, but every time I restarted my browser the integration with the browser stopped working, After fixing the issue twice and having it stop a 3rd time, I decided it was time to just remove the app. While it was working, there were features and improvements over default download manager in Firefox that I enjoyed. Without the integration there just are not enough features to make it worth while,

I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It’s hard to understand the cause from a general description, though — having more details would really help in addressing the issue. Could you please open an issue on GitHub (link in the description) and describe exactly how the integration stops working and how you fixed it before? I’d be happy to look into it once I have more information.
