Feat: Adding debugmode, which when enabled, logs to the console any actions/errors.

Bug fix: The extensions popup failed to push the configuration to AWS Extend Switch roles in Firefox due to a difference in the sendMessage function. This has now been fixed.

Adding optional request permissions button if they have not yet been granted for the SAML capture.
