This is an addon which lets you set a proxy for a specific container tab (predefined to certainly-private for now).
This is useful if you want certain containers to run with proxy settings and others not. The proxy can be a local TOR proxy (socks, port 9050) for example, which is the default. You can change this in the addon preferences.
