-Extended the "background" image that the theme uses at the top and bottom of the browser. (no AI was used, the image could be put together at points to make it extended)

-Fixed "frame_inactive" being set to all white: This issue would result in Firefox being white on the side when the app is inactive and Vertical Tabs mode is turned on.
