It has never worked for me. I've attempted everything I could think of & everything found on the net - no joy. This has never happened with "any extension recommended by Mozilla". I had high hopes but today I must admit defeat. Following suggested support, only found request for money. I believe in Open Source & contribute all I can & likely would have for Easy D/L'r as well.

Used to work - what happened? Did Google buy you out? I'd consider a donation to upgrade to PRO if I had any idea if you were still working on this or if the upgrade guaranteed operation. Just hangs on "generating download link." WHO WRITES THESE 5_STAR REVIEWS - FRIENDS AND FAMILY? Reporting it...

It pains me to give this one star as I've been using this over a year. Its had its hiccups but has been pretty good but now on youtube it wont even show up and as someone who has donated and has upgraded to pro I expected better

download button will not even show up on youtube anymore. The only time I see this addon is when I am looking at "addons" on Firefox

The download button on youtube page is gone. Even when i try to open extension and get download link, it just keep waiting and waiting. The extension is not working at all.

I have paid for this program several times and I can not get it to work. When it did work it was wonderful but haven't been able to use it for almost a year.

Where did your download button go? You had a good feature and it helped me download videos that I wanted to watch later but didn't have the time when they were there, especially the way uTube has them taken down faster than I can watch them. Now that ability is gone and some of the others don't seem to work as well as yours did.
