iGetter extension enables integration with iGetter Download Manager application. This extension adds several contextual menu commands for file links as well as automatic downloading with iGetter download accelerator when you click on a download. To work properly it requires iGetter Download Manager v3 for Windows available on <a href="https://www.igetter.net">www.igetter.net</a> or Windows Store.

iGetter is a powerful, full featured download manager and accelerator. iGetter can greatly improve the speed of your downloads using segmented downloading.

This extension for iGetter Download Manager (www.igetter.net) is based on Manifest V3 platform and requires Firefox v115 or later.
  • This version has new extension shortcuts, that can be changed from Firefox Add-ons panel:
  • Disable integration, until closing the browser (Alt+M)
  • Enable integration (Alt+Comma)
  • Disable integration (Alt+Period)
  • The new version fixes a problem with blob URLs, for example when user saves a PDF opened in the preview panel. Only links with HTTP and HTTPS protocols are transferred to iGetter app. You can use "Download with iGetter" contextual menu command on a download link, if you want to download PDFs with iGetter.
  • Extension requires permissions to access additional downloads data. When permission is granted, iGetter will not download files that use HTTP POST method or files started with "Save Link As" contextual menu command. Please, allow access to downloads data for all websites when asked. You may also switch this option at Firefox Add-ons panel > iGetter Download Manager > Permissions.. Without that permission, all downloads will transfer to iGetter app (if integration is enabled), but those that use HTTP POST method will return an error when started.
