First thing I noticed is on Twitter, only the bio photo is enlarged. Old Thumbnail Zoom would equally enlarge the user's background photo. I miss that. Twitter is the only place so far, when enlargement works with a hover. General photos are also not affected. If it's a settings thing, then it's too confusing to figure out bc I looked.
