    - Grammar correction "Dismiss": Permanently hide specific corrections
    - Grammar "Add to Dictionary": Add words to a personal dictionary so they're never flagged as spelling errors

    Bug fixes:
    - Streaming autocomplete stability: Fixed incorrect this context in partial completion handler that would crash
    - Persistent grammar preferences: Dismissed corrections and dictionary words survive browser restarts
    - YouTube adapter consistency: Parameter naming standardized across all platform adapters
