The most recent update has made it mostly dysfunctional. Before this it wasn't perfect, but it did what it needed to do and was a little bit better than most other password managers. Now all features related to autofill does not work. How such a massive flaw made its way into a release I have no idea

Version 16.6.1 fixed the issues with the update to 16.6.0 with the auto-fill and the add-on going back and forth if a record for the opened page exists or not. Need to have ability to install previous working version if a buggy version is pushed out.

How this password manager has got so big is beyond me, the functionality is rubbish. The auto fill doesn't work (ever). Sometimes the extension fails to even load. It never recognizes when you change your password so you have to change everything manually and generally it's a lot more difficult to use than other password managers out there.

Update: After an update the browser extension doesn't even load. Changing to 2 star from 1 star

I'm not tech-oriented, and have had a little trouble using Keeper, but their Tech Support staff have been very helpful. "Pio" deserves five stars for kind, easy-to-understand assistance! Overall, Keeper has worked well, and it certainly makes sense to use a strong password manager.

Update since 16.5.2: All issues I previously had are fixed and it finally works flawless for me. Kudos to the team.

Would work like a charm, if there wasn't the big issue that it slows down page loads after a while significantly. Have to disable it completely in order to get page speed times back to normal.

I can't open the Keeper software because of the following note from Firefox-Mozilla:
Please update your Keeper app to the latest version from the App Store or from KeeperSecurity.com. If you are using a web browser, please reload the page or clear your browser cache.
Nothing I try seems to help make the Keeper P/W shortcut work.

It keeps telling me that it's not up to date even though it is. It will not run.

Breaks very often with browser updates.

I loved Keeper - but ran into a very frustrating issue about a month after I started using it. Even with my being cranky, the support team didn't give up. After a bit of back and forth, they helped me resolve the issue. I appreciate the follow through. Good customer service makes all the difference!!

Slows down web pages, especially Github. Auto-submit still doesn't seem to actually do anything.

It stopped working. It sucks...

In terms of encryption, reportedly among the best. In terms of user experience: personally, very bad. It does not "see" where it must fill information. Most of the times, automation does not work: you need to open the vault and copy-paste bit by bit. And now, the extension no longer works because the update does not work. I won't renew my subscription, that's for sure...
