I installed it, and set it up to immediately block 3 popular social media platforms which I often find myself going to. It worked and I found contentment when I absent-mindedly reached for my phone and attempted to visit one of the blocked social media websites. I went ahead and installed the extension on my mobile device too! Recommended.

The author seems to really understand that our willpower is not infinite and this extension can make it really hard to access sites that leech on your attention.
100% recommended.
