Teams Chat Exporter captures Microsoft Teams 1:1 and group conversations directly from the web app. Choose JSON, CSV, HTML, TXT, or PDF output and include replies, reactions, and system messages so you preserve full context for records or handoffs. Export multiple chats in one go. It also saves the files and documents shared in a chat, not just the text.

The extension reads your conversation from Teams' own data layer and downloads the finished transcript to your computer. By default, no requests leave your browser for any other destination, and preferences such as export format or date limits stay on your device.
