I don't know how to contact the creator of this addon anywhere else than here unfortunately.

By default the Add-on does not place a button. It is "hidden" in the "puzzle piece icon" of Firefox. You can find the Add-on there and use the "Pin to toolbar" option from the "gear icon" next to its entry. - Ocijenjeno s 5 od 5od Premchand, prije 11 dana

Side note, the checkbox "Restore previous session" literally doesn't exist but I assume that it is the "Open previous windows and tabs" box instead (which was already unchecked for me).
Will of course update my score if it gets updated and fixed and/or I find out it's my fault it doesn't work.

I haven't tested if the extension even works without browsing history saved and in private mode, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's an oversight too.
