I started the video playback on YouTube and nothing happened. I clicked on the extension icon, and the window I opened had the message to start video playback. This is pure fucking bullshit!

Used to work well. Doesn't work at all now. Can't download anything from YouTube! I use it to collect footage of weather/natural disasters and first responders from various locations. No longer recognizes video. And I PAID FOR IT. Please fix this!

unfortunately just sucks in discovering chunked video stream - "blob:httрs://..." without e.g. .m3u8 descriptor.

this is the only type of network stream VLC cannot handle (yet), so a browser plugin could beat it.

Tried it on a couple of websites but it didn't work for me. Running Win7(64) with Firefox 115.18.0esr (64-bit)

It does not recognize the main video that's playing only some tiny trailer from the side panel (not YouTube).

It does NOT work, whether you press play or whatever. Mozilla should not allow apps that do not work to remain, it wastes our time.
