Save pages, links, and selected text to Workflowy in a couple of clicks or with a keyboard shortcut.

Clip To Workflowy helps you quickly capture what you’re reading and send it into your Workflowy workspace. You can save a page title and URL, include selected text, and keep everything neatly organized as bullets.

Choose the way you want to clip:
- Cursor mode saves directly into the place you’re currently focused in Workflowy
- Clipboard mode copies a ready-to-paste clip so you can place it yourself

Other features include:
- Save into the focused bullet or next to it
- Keep rich formatting when clipping selected content
- Optional confirmation with Undo
- Option to jump to Workflowy after clipping
- Easy setup from your Workflowy API token page
- Side-by-side workflows with Two windows or Firefox Split View

You can also set your own keyboard shortcuts in Firefox:

1. Open Add-ons and themes
2. Click the gear menu
3. Choose Manage Extension Shortcuts
4. Find Clip To Workflowy and set the shortcuts you want

The default shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+Y (Cmd+Shift+Y on Mac) – which will be different if some other extension has already called dibs on it.
To change the keyboard shortcut:
1. Open Add-ons: Menu → Add-ons and themes
2. Click the cogwheel icon (Tools for all add-ons)
3. Select "Manage Extension Shortcuts"
4. Find Workflowy Clipper and set your preferred shortcut
