It's in the right click pop up menu. Very handy and it remembered my most recent translation choice automatically.

Not a reputable company, takes your information and tries to hide it from you that they do it. Also creates multiple virus like software applications that are intentionally hard to uninstall.

Doesn't show a tooltip to translate, only when right-clicking it can open the selected text in a new Google Translate tab.
