    I really love this add-on. Not only functionally blocking your procrastination sites to avoid unlimited scrolling, it also shows beautiful UI of redirect page. I really love how they display the font of LeechBlock. Love it!

    Great extension. You can defined detailed blocking rules in simple UI.

    For those and abusing blocking rules:

    - set up blocking rules to sites you do not want to visit
    - set up "random 64 chars random password"

    These way you may prefer to type it in instead of uninstalling. During typing, you may reconsider abusing your resolution.

    This extension is really great. But after closing my Firefox and open it again every blocked option on it simply dissapear and LeechBlock don't block websites anymore

    Should trigger a refresh when the time on a page runs out! Right now it allows you to stay on the page after the timer gets to 0.

    If you want that behavior, select the option "Actively block pages on these sites once time period is entered or time limit is exceeded".

    Works well with lots of options to customize. I like the option to show the countdown clock, too.

    Great addon, but is it possible to add an option to move the countdown timer to somewhere outside of the web page? Say, within the toolbar button, or the options page. I want to limit my browsing to a few hours a day, and I don't want the timer to be visible on the page if I only need to check it infrequently, but as far as I'm aware it's not possible at all to find my time remaining if I leave the timer disabled. Other than that it does everything I need.

    When I get around to adding the statistics page, that will provide another way to see the time left for a block set.

    Despite being a bit spartan, leechblock is a good app for blocking websites that I waste way too much time on. I also tried the delay feature but I don't like it as much (maybe because I am really impatient). I do wish that it was more featured though. I use the StayFocusd extension on Chrome, and it has quite a few more features.

    Loved this blocker previously and always worked well. However since updating to the NG version it periodically loses all preferences I have set, and no longer blocks any pages. While I have a relatively short list of sites I want blocked, it is still rather annoying and were it to continue I would try find a better solution.

    Hello, love this add-on!

    Would you be able to remove the requirement to have "Access to all data on all websites"?
    It doesn't seem that you would need to require this, just the URL only...please correct me if I'm incorrect on this assumption.

    Developers may say they don't use any form/login/password data but there's no way for the end user to know. Many of the revised 57+ add-ons have this blanket permission and in many cases it doesn't seem necessary...in my uneducated opinion, of course. I'm open to being schooled.

    Happy to address this. Honestly, I'm not sure why Firefox gives that rather scary warning. It could be because LB uses a content script to display the countdown timer and warning message within the tab, over the web page. (Content scripts can, in principle, access all data on the web pages you view.) It could be because LB requests 'tabs' permission, so it can intermittently check whether block conditions are met for all open tabs, not just the active tab. I'll look into it. In any event, all the source code is publicly available on GitHub, so you can check that LB isn't doing anything untoward!

    In the previous version, I liked it that when using the delaying page, whenever the page went out of focus the countdown was canceled and had to be restarted. Is there a way to make the NG version work this way again?
