В режиме "Включен всегда" меняет и ip и DNS сервер ,но в таком режиме правила бесполезны . Поправьте если это возможно ,что бы при включенном режиме "Умный прокси" менялся-скрывался мой реальный DNS сервер так как при "Включен всегда" .
