Love this add-on, Blocks all the unwanted ads + Youtube Ads!

Best internet condom I have ever had the privilege of using. Love the blocking elements feature.

After update and "purge all caches" in ublock settings it works in youtube again

Thank you for all your work on this addon! It's delightful to be able to go on YouTube and not see any ad, despite Google trying hard to counter adblockers.

as of 12:45am 12/7/23- this works for YT!
if it dont for you...TURN OFF Cosmetic Filtering for the site and reload.

to anyone that at 07-12-2023 YT again shows that you are using an adblock heres a tip:
Install /update uBlockOrigin

go to about:addons

click the 3 dots for uBlock > mange

click the settings cog at top right > Check for Updates

uBlockOrigin in address/tool bar -> Settings > filter lists

Purge all caches

Update now

Go to one of the youtube tabs (ideally no other youtube tabs open, but I'm a tab hoarder so.)

I also have firefox containers and the temp containers extension + audio autoplay is disabled. Which may be helping.

click padlock in addressbar > clear data

reload the page and login again (if you have temp containers, you have to disable it during login due to cross-site redirects.)

No longer works on Youtube as of 01/11/24

i'm useing uBlock since 2019 i can't say anything bad about it

This will really need an update, after Youtube's extreme decisions. I can't use the internet without it anymore, but unfortunately YouTube will do everything it can to force people to pay Premium even though it offers a quality of service that leaves something to be desired.

I would like to see Google strive in this way to improve its products instead of buying exclusive rights to platforms like iPhone and Android or force people to pay.
