Definitely a neat idea!

Sadly, the website that powers the backend to this, knowyourfeedback.com, is defunct. So clicking on the extension just goes to a web domain that is now up for sale. So for now, unfortunately this add-on is now defunct.

A real pity. Maybe it can be retooled to work with another system.
