Doesn't work. Can't find URL, same as reported by another user. Any chance for a fix or work around?

I added this yesterday and today it does not work at all. Is this only good for so many emails?

This was working very well but then received notice I had used up all my free emailings. So removed it. Developer should have been up front that it was a free trial. Very disappointing.
