It has the ability to adjust a tab's volume, but the tab has to already be playing sound for it to work. For example: Reels on Facebook are insanely loud every time you go to the next Reel, even if you adjust the volume down to 10% with the add-on. You have to go to the next video, then open the add-on and adjust the volume for each one.

Применение уровня громкости работает на одну вкладку, а не на весь браузер разом, это правильно и отлично. В качестве улучшения функционала советую рассмотреть разбиение источников звука каждой вкладки с отдельной регуляцией, кому то в теории может потребоваться данный функционал
