A must-have! Not all that easy to use (HTTP Live Headers helps a lot) but the most viable way to get your favourite search engines back to the searchbar.

I wondered why I cannot add eBay as a search engine. Turns out the name was already used internally some way even if I hadn't installed an eBay search. So "ebay" instead of "eBay" as search name worked but it would be nice if the user could get some type of feedback otherwise this is quite confusing.

Works great! It's odd something like this has to be done through an extension, but that's on Mozilla. The add-on itself works perfectly.

Simple and awesome should be a core feature. I found myself using custom search engines for more accurate seearch results when consulting API docs.

I was looking for something like this, but it would not allow using https://%s as the search url, so uninstalled. I think it was exactly what I was looking for, save that small validation done IMO wrong.

I really love this function. Back in the days where the search box was a default to firefox. I think 3 or few years back. It use to be "add-to-search". I am not sure if your the same developer. But non the less, thanks a lot
