Unfortunately it seems they aren't clickable (don't navigate you to the response - i only tested for ChatGPT). Also wanted to let you know that the settings menu still has the old 1.4.0 version mark.
EDIT: Woo, thanks for the quick reponse and bug fix! ChatGPT navigation works perfectly now.
