This plugin used to work, but it seems to be unmaintained since 2023.

For me, it caused problems on notion.so, leading to thousands of warnings and a huge memory leak. For anyone looking for a reason why Notion may be unbearably slow and produce these warnings, disabling this extension may the the solution.

This is Notion's warning when this extension is enabled:

NOTION WARNING Reverting mutation of attribute lang from "null" -> "en" in component undefined
MutationRecord { type: "attributes", target: div.notranslate, addedNodes: NodeList [], removedNodes: NodeList [], previousSibling: null, nextSibling: null, attributeName: "lang", attributeNamespace: null, oldValue: null }

This is one of the most underrated addons here and it must be included in Firefox as native solution for horrible multi language spellchecking they currently have.

Doesn't work at all. I wanted to use it to automatically switch between English and Hungarian, but it even messes up sites that have already been manually set. (Tried on Reddit and Facebook.)

I dont understand why this addon fails to autocorrect words as you type. Whats the point to it?

Oh my god this works so damn well! I have been so annoyed by constantly having to manually switch between spell-check languages for so long, but never found this add-on before.

Always fallback to English when typing in Indonesia in Old reddit text area.

I can't get this to work. I have played with if for a half an hour but it doesn't do anything. Same on all pages i have tried. I REALLY want it to do so....

EDIT: I got my self a new computer and installed FF on it, and all old add-ons came with it. And now this work... One have to write a few words before it switches, but good enough. Thanks. Now it gets 5 stars

EDIT-2: This Add-one only works sometime, and very often NOT... SO im back giving it 3 stars only

EDIT-3: It almost NEVER work now.... Ill give it 2 stars now as it almost useless... How can it work worse over time???

EDIT-4 It stopped working and i tried to uninstall and install it again to no avail. So i give it 1 star now

Can't seem to make it work on Firefox 71.0. Restarted several times and played around manually with the dictionaries no success to get the automation on. What I get wrong?

I had to restart FF v68 two times and play with spell checking languages manually until it finally switched automatically in Gmail ! Working fine so far :-) Thanks !

After just a few testing, it looks like it works fine.
