Doesn't work.

I am on Ubuntu 22.04LTS, have eid-mw and eid-viewer installed at their latest versions, 5.1.4. The viewer works fine, but the web plugin doesn't detect them.

My mother recently got a new passport which has a somewhat different format then the old passports. The eID plugin can not read it. I've updated the eID software, the eID viewer and I've the latest version of the eID plugin for firefox installed. Chrome can read it, the eID viewer can read the passport, just firefox cann't. Contacting the BOSA helpdesk is a nightmare. You get redirected to different parties (checking certificates of passport,...) there is no one-stop where you can get support if things doesn't work and still all software comes from BOSA. Time to rethink the way you deliver support!

super facile et rapide

lukt eens, lukt dan niet, lukt dan terug, lukt nu terug niet. Om zot te worden... ook na upgrade... en upgrade lukt niet altijd of men zou steeds een nieuwe computers moeten aanschaffen enz... straat zonder eind!
