Because of my decreased visual acuity (& need for a new Rx for glasses), I find the "Bright Purple" is by far the most comfortable color for my eyes. And, the contrast between it and the white text including the lighter shade of purple on the tabs, bookmark bar, etc., makes the text stand out and very easy to read.
