Budee v0.1.3 Release Notes

Improved Element Targeting
The AI agent now prioritizes snapshot-based element references over CSS selectors when interacting with web pages. This makes actions like clicking, filling forms, and reading content more reliable, especially on dynamic pages where the DOM changes frequently.

New Tool Capabilities
- Scroll: You can now ask the agent to scroll to a specific element on the page.
- Wait: The agent can wait for a specific element to appear or for text content to show up before proceeding.
- Accessibility Info: The agent can now inspect the accessibility tree of individual elements.
- Style Editing: The agent can modify the visual style of elements on the page.
- File Upload: The agent can upload files to web forms.
- IFrame Interaction: The agent can now operate inside embedded iframes and frames on web pages.

Settings Page Ads
The Settings page now displays sponsored content at the bottom, matching the format shown in the main chat view.

Tab Behavior
New tabs are now opened in the background. The agent will only switch to a different tab when you explicitly ask it to.

• Fewer mistakes on dynamic pages — If a page updates or reloads while Budee is working on it, it now stays on track instead of losing its place.
• PDF reading fixed — Budee can now read PDF files opened directly in your browser tab.
• No more window jumping — When Budee opens or switches tabs, your current window stays in focus and won't pop to the front unexpectedly.
• Fewer permissions required — We removed permissions the extension didn't actually need, so it asks for less access to your browser.
