You have to wait about 10 and initiate the start up again. Guessing it's intentional set on reddit's servers of timing out the connections.

The one thing I found about reddit's rate limiting is that it is inconsistent. I couldn't reproduce the error in testing even once, which is why the extension can't predict or handle it successfully. It must be differ based on the location of the user.

Check to make sure you’ve typed the web site address correctly.

Apparently, it is a rate limiting tactic from reddit's own servers. I am trying to find a way around it.
