I love it but it does have room for improvement & needs updated because some of the Messengers cannot be used on it, it won't allow you to login to some Messengers, it throws an Error Message.
Also, after you Download more than 2 Other Browser Extensions & Apps from this Developer, you are supposed to receive a Premium Version of Chat Multi Messenger. I have numerous Browser Extensions from this Developer & I have not received the promised Premium Chat Multi Messenger & I'd love to have them.
If the errors described above are resolved & I receive my copy of the Premium Multi Chat Messenger, I will be more happy to change my Star Rating from 3 to 5 but until then, without Features & Messengers working, I cannot rate higher than a 3 Star Rating.Wotmołwa wuwiwarja

It is often fairly slow to switch between services. Frequently, I have to log out of a service and re-log in to be able to get it to function correctly.
The hangouts function allows for connections to personal chats with someone in Google Chat but is a bit clunky. That may be as much a Google issue as it is Multi Messenger.
