1. Preamble
   The Software provided is a JavaScript application packaged in a Browser Extension format, called Chat Utilities.

This Software, in order to perform tasks delegated in the extension's settings and advertised purpose, collects some personal data. This data is never transmitted over the internet unless Intelligence settings are enabled.

1. Data Collected
   When using Chat Utilities, the age listed on your chatroom profile is regularly checked and stored in temporary cache - likely your system's RAM, inside of a JavaScript Variable. This data is not stored after the extension is no longer running, like when you are logged out of chat.

Additionally, messages displayed anywhere on the user's screen are collected to be processed by the extension, in compliance with the options the user selects in the configuration. If settings for removing chat content, such as spam, guest posts, bot posts, or other settings involving messages, are not enabled, the extension will not process any of this information, however the data is still stored in a JavaScript variable, in temporary RAM.

1. "Intelligence" Features
   When using "Intelligence" features, which are always marked with a description specifying them as an Intelligence Feature, all message logs obtained by the extension are submitted to our Intelligence services. These services analyze messages received and sent in order to comply with the job of whatever Intelligence setting you are using. Any messages obtained via Intelligence will be unlinked to your identity and stored for 30 days in full. However, direct messages ("Private Messages") are also logged, which may contain private information. All logs are destroyed permanently after 30 days, due to an automatic program.

If Eridius has reason to believe that any messages analyzed contain illegal content, whether you personally saw the content or not, the messages are kept indefinitely. This is done to comply with law enforcement in the event a user obtains CSAM content or witnesses a confession to a federal offense in the United States, where Eridius Group is based. These stored logs are detached from your identity, and the sender of the messages will not be notified of how the logs were obtained or who they are from.

Moderators on chat-rooms using Intelligence features may see saved logs, however they cannot see content that was sent that was not flagged for inspection by Intelligence functions. This means that Moderators cannot see entire conversations via Intelligence features, and can only see data that is "actionable". This data is frequently evidence in illegal or unethical activity, which it is why it is shared.

If you wish to opt-out of message log storage via Intelligence features, you must not use Intelligence-labeled features. By using Intelligence-based features, you agree that logs may be stored for 30 days unless they contain illegal content.

1. Liability of Data Collection
   Eridius is not responsible for any liability of data collection done by this extension beyond GDPR regulations, required data expulsion, and/or required data collection laws. We will comply with your protected privacy rights, in addition to removing your identity from message logs sent by your machine as well as purging logs older than 30 days, in compliance with the GDPR.
2. Right to be Forgotten
   If you wish that ALL logs mentioning your legal information, such as: Legal First/Last name, IP Address, Home Address, Work Address, Live Location, Email Address, or any other accidentally-collected PII, as defined by the GDPR and applicable privacy laws globally, please email support@eridi.us with evidence of your legal PII, such as a State ID, and we will purge all data that contains anything included on your evidence of PII.

At this time, we cannot permit removal of usernames from logs, in order to comply with federal data-persistence laws in the United States. This process is subject to change and/or automation at any time.
