Efficient to block ads. I don't understand how it doesn't have more users. Try it!

The only things that doesn't work, is that I'm forced to "pause" it when I want to see Google images, because it blocks them, and it shouldn't. suggestion: add icons in the menu, and a fast way to block with wildcards (*) from the menu.
