Excellent Add-on. It does precisely what it states. You can configure different Proxies depending on the Firefox container and it is easy to set up!!. I tested with a Socks5 proxy and it worked like a charm!! the best part is that you can now have, in the same Firefox instance, different tabs reaching multiple proxies!!!

I really appreciate this extension. The built-in proxy function provided by the official extension has never worked for me, and this one does exactly what it says. I funnel everything I work on into Charles Proxy, and this extension does what I need without having to update any system preferences to direct all traffic through that proxy. Thanks!

Appears to work in situations where embedded Multi-Account containers proxy support doesn't work (local http proxy to access special network). Tries to test http proxy but says it can't do so.

It works most of the time, but sometimes it doesn't connect to the internet while my tabs that are outside the container can connect to the internet swiftly. Once that happens, the container will not work again even when I restart my browser or my computer. The only option I'm left with is to uninstall the proxy container and the multi account container, restart my computer and reinstall it. It usually works after this, but sometimes I have to do this twice before it works. I use the latest version of firefox.

А чего он системные настройки не позволяет использовать и, например, прописанные в Firefox автонастройки (proxi.pac)? Недоделан.

Зачем бы я стал включать для всего Fx автонастройку, если мне нужно включить ее только для отдельно взятого контейнера. Для другого - системные, для третьего - без прокси, для четвертого - ручные настройки. Надеюсь так понятно?

И "системные настройки" это не "без прокси", системные - это настройки заданные в IE (как минимум для Windows 7-8.1).

Does exactly what it claims to - couldn't ask for more. Very useful for having specifc websites that need an extra layer of anonymisation in the same browser as the rest of your normal browsing
