After installation, I went through the add-on management settings and restarted FireFox and it worked.

Don't waste your time, this add on is useless. I use a custom HTML menu that is local. This won't let you use a local HTML file, only live web content. I'd also like to know why we need an add on for something FF should do in the first place. I'd give it zero stars if it would let me.

Finally a custom new tab extension that work flawlessly!

No white flashes like others and no unable to open because of FF security.

This works until i closed the browser. When I open the browser again it does not work. Don't waste your time

No work, no extension visible

It works fine, however if u use the containers (which I do) it doen´t work with it... it only loads the selected site on the standard option. If u click on it with the middle button, it opens the firefox normal page... very sad... I hope u guys can find a solution for this!

Doesn't work at all

very good use it for years! it will be great if on new page could open selected all url text... what I do for select full ulr on new tabs:
- configure to focus on URL bar
- click on + (to open new tab)
- click on another tab (always opened)
- click back on tab that i opened and all URL text is selected

Was working great until I had to clean up a virus yesterday. Now a new tab gets loaded, but it is a blank page. I think an av program ended up changing some firefox settings ?

Edit: works again after refreshing firefox!

Once this is enabled, tabs will only open momentarily then immediately close.

When using the setting to not close the window when closing the last tab, three tabs are opened.
