I use this one when there's not a seasonal one I want up. It is nice for when I don't want much distraction or need my desktop to look professional but stylish. I love fleur de lis and this one shows it off subtly.

Looks like those black nylon hose. I don't see how its only masculine. Like the pagemark text is white.
