wot Wužiwar Firefox 15053446, 6 jierren lynHi Suraj, I am enjoying your add-on very much. I have installed (and later uninstalled) several Firefox dictionary add-ons because they did not have the information displayed in a way that was pleasing to me. You seem to have nailed it -- great job!
From the previous reviews I've read, it seems you are keen on obtaining suggestions from your users. I have a few helpful ones for you to take under advisement:
1.) directly beneath the first line where you have the word's syllables, please add the phonetic spelling of the word as well. Furthermore, the screenshots you've provided seem to show a speaker icon which I assume is an audio pronunciation. This was going to be my next suggestion, but after seeing it already shown in your screen shots, I am now thinking that perhaps it is just a bug that needs to be worked out. For your diagnostics, I am running a custom stripped-down bare-bones version of Win10 Pro v.1809 which I obtained from TeamOS.
2.) I would like to be able to verify a definition as I am writing sometimes; however, it appears that the add-on does not allow the user to get a definition pop-up box from a word selected within a textbox element.
3.) many words have multiple meanings and contexts. I would like to see the definition section formatted a bit differently to reflect this fact & for clarity. Specifically, have the word's part of speech (noun, verb, adj, etc.) with it's own CSS style & color scheme indented on the first level, then on the next line & indentation level, show the definition for that particular part of speech. repeat this format for each of the possible parts of speech that any given word may have. This will allow users to ensure they use the word correctly and is a much more thorough implementation structure in my humble opinion.
4.) Finally on to my last suggestion. I would like to see a collapsible link for synonyms and example sentences listed for each word's definition on every possible part of speech variation. When the user clicks the link once, synonyms or example sentences will appear directly below the link. Click once again and they re-hide themselves. For an example see lexico.com, who have a very nice yet minimal & effective implementation of this feature.
I hope that this review proves helpful & gives you a good list of goodies to work on for future releases!
Best,
James

- Z 3 z 5 pohódnoćenywot RT, ien moanne lynWhen it's working, it's great. But it keeps breaking - saying sorry no definition found for every single word. It did that a while ago so I turned it off and found a different add-on, but I didn't like it as much and I forgot why I'd stopped using this one so I turned it back on and it worked for about a day. Then it stopped working again. I see an update note saying this problem was fixed, but it has not been fixed.
- Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wužiwar Firefox 18882793, 2 moannen lynthis extension is very good for me. I'm a student and have to research a lot of document and this extension really save a lot of time for me.
- Z 3 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Marc Lyons, 2 moannen lynYears ago, either this one or one similar worked so well to define any word I clicked or double-clicked.... it worked so well then and it was dependable. Was 5* dependable from what I remember.
This week, I found it strange that I was unable to see many options for a similar browser add-on and a couple days ago went ahead and grabbed this one. I've probably used it before and don't recall why it wasn't (until a couple days ago) in my extensions list.
Anyway, quick to the point, it worked for about 24 hours and now doesn't show any definitions in popup at all. I'd love for it to be consistent and to be dependable but currently not even the simplest words are defined.
I get the popup window but it shows, "Sorry
No definition found."
Hope in time there's a fix because it's an important tool for me and if I could count on it, I'd gladly buy those cups of coffee.
Best of luck and thank you for your work. Looking forward to using the Dictionary Anywhere extension again but for now I'll have to disable and search for something else. - Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Lawrence, 2 moannen lyn

- Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot drdakota, 3 moannen lynI have read that in the last months the extension has not worked for a few people and that's what tanked the star rating. Still, being on the search for this type of tool I tried it myself (on Google and Reddit) and was actually surprised it does work.
At the moment of review I have just downloaded it a couple minutes ago so won't know for sure about bugs or other stuff (I'd update the review), but I'm sure the developers can benefit from some positivity since the ext actually does work. Thanks for the hard work! - Z 2 z 5 pohódnoćenywot TheAlphaBoy77, 3 moannen lynIt worked okay when it did work, except for its simplified definitions, but sadly it has started to say, 'Sorry. No Definition Found' for every single word I try it on, even for words such as 'following,' 'internet,' and 'law.'
- Z 2 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wužiwar Firefox 14305712, 3 moannen lynWhen it works it's fine. Unfortunately, it is not very comprehensive: it doesn't work a lot of the time for scientific words. Also I understand it is meant to be nonintrusive but sometimes the definition given is too simple to where I end up searching the word anyway.

- Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wužiwar Firefox 12363114, 5 moannen lynNo record of the installation. Double Click on word opened a window. I never go a single definition to show. All say "No Definition"
Would have been a useful addin but its missing a couple of functional elements, one of which is definitions or any clue as to where it's searching. - Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Hollytryx, 5 moannen lyn
