Thanks for the bug fix! Definitions are now working again for the Spanish dictionary.

it doesn't work

No dark mode, No protection from going behind the edge of the screen, No definition found.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Works again, also works much better than Dictionariez which is a scam app and I reported to mozilla.

It was one of the best add on i used daily. But since last few weeks, it shows - "Sorry, No definition found." for every word even the simplest one and I have checked all. Permission, internet connectivity, reinstalling - but no use. It seems this add on is dead.

Always shows "sorry no definition found"

When it's working, it's great. But it keeps breaking - saying sorry no definition found for every single word. It did that a while ago so I turned it off and found a different add-on, but I didn't like it as much and I forgot why I'd stopped using this one so I turned it back on and it worked for about a day. Then it stopped working again. I see an update note saying this problem was fixed, but it has not been fixed.

this extension is very good for me. I'm a student and have to research a lot of document and this extension really save a lot of time for me.

Years ago, either this one or one similar worked so well to define any word I clicked or double-clicked.... it worked so well then and it was dependable. Was 5* dependable from what I remember.

This week, I found it strange that I was unable to see many options for a similar browser add-on and a couple days ago went ahead and grabbed this one. I've probably used it before and don't recall why it wasn't (until a couple days ago) in my extensions list.

Anyway, quick to the point, it worked for about 24 hours and now doesn't show any definitions in popup at all. I'd love for it to be consistent and to be dependable but currently not even the simplest words are defined.
I get the popup window but it shows, "Sorry
No definition found."

Hope in time there's a fix because it's an important tool for me and if I could count on it, I'd gladly buy those cups of coffee.

Best of luck and thank you for your work. Looking forward to using the Dictionary Anywhere extension again but for now I'll have to disable and search for something else.

I have read that in the last months the extension has not worked for a few people and that's what tanked the star rating. Still, being on the search for this type of tool I tried it myself (on Google and Reddit) and was actually surprised it does work.

At the moment of review I have just downloaded it a couple minutes ago so won't know for sure about bugs or other stuff (I'd update the review), but I'm sure the developers can benefit from some positivity since the ext actually does work. Thanks for the hard work!

Didn't work for me

Suddenly stopped working

It worked okay when it did work, except for its simplified definitions, but sadly it has started to say, 'Sorry. No Definition Found' for every single word I try it on, even for words such as 'following,' 'internet,' and 'law.'

When it works it's fine. Unfortunately, it is not very comprehensive: it doesn't work a lot of the time for scientific words. Also I understand it is meant to be nonintrusive but sometimes the definition given is too simple to where I end up searching the word anyway.
