    seriously? FF supports these types of add-ons?

    After the developer's response, I reinstalled the dictionary and tried again with other words, which the dictionary did find. I revised my evaluation.

    The definitions are pulled from third-party sources. If they don't return a definition, the add-on can't show anything. I'll try to fix this in the next version.

    Also, I don't mind the 1-star review, but I'm sure there's a nicer way to express your dissatisfaction. I mean, this add-on is completely free of charge and did take some time and effort to create.

    It works for most words (like 99%). If it doesn't work for a few words, do you think it warrants a negative review?

    Anyway, thanks for letting me know of this issue. Every review is helpful towards improving the add-on.

    Out of the 5 or so dictionary addons I've tried, this seems to be the best successor to Dictionary Anywhere. While it doesn't do as well on foreign words (i.e. dakimakura or 抱き枕), that technically falls more under translation so it's not an issue for me.

    I used to use Dictionary Anywhere to double-click on a word to get a popup definition but it stopped working for reasons unknown. I finally found Dictionary Plus and it works beautifully. It's fast and shows a lot of info. Works for me!

    Small, straightforward and fast. Recommended since firefox recommended dictionary is no longer working.

    Would be better to have the option to turn off 'double-click' a word to open the dictionary popup. Would like to be able to have only right-click open the pop-up; it's a tad distracting having the dictionary pop-up when I'm wanting only to conduct an internet search on the selected word.

    EDIT: had to disable this add-on! The pop-up window is massively interrupting my workflow, every-time I double click on a word to select it when typing in fields.

    Hello,
    Yes, there is an option to disable the double-click trigger.
    Click the "Dictionary Plus" Icon. Then you'll be taken to a page where you'll find a "Settings" button on top-right of the page. That is where you'll find the option to disable the double-click trigger.

    Error : Options Section Not Found.
    Request : Shd. also show def. in one more Lang. Eg.. Hindi (with English) at the same time simultaneously when a word is being queried.

    Almost perfect, five star will go if support of storing the translation pairs, and popup window positioning feature was added too

    Best dictionary add-on, similar to Google Dictionary in Chrome.

    Best dictionary add-on. Shows phonetics, and saving words is a nice to have feature.
