Bloatware-free and Privacy-focused New Tab Page wot Emberwyn

I got tired of every new tab extension adding bloatware or violating data privacy. So I made my own that's honestly just for myself. Annoyingly I couldn't use it without it being a signed extension. So I'm uploading it for my own use, sorry if it doesn't fit your use case.
