- Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wužiwar Firefox 13476406, 8 éveThis addon made my life much easier. There is 1 little thing I would like to hide though, in the URL bar, it displays the IP address and flag, I would like to hide it since I also use "Country Flags & IP Whois" addon, which is very helpful to me as well. Having two of something isnt really helping me out, espcially since FoxyTab's version is more basic.
Edit: Found out that removing Tab IP in Options removes the offending flag. If FoxyTab could implement stuff like "Country Flags & IP Whois" addon, I wouldnt mind using this addon's stuff more, but currently that addons stuff is way more complex and useful. - Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wužiwar Firefox 12563709, 8 éveVery useful functionality. Works as advertised.

- Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wužiwar Firefox 13464711, 8 éveThis is awesome, but unfortunately too many clicks needed right now, i wish i could move out sort & close duplicates from the "foxytab" folder to the root. And could you please add customizable shortcuts for each feature? (close duplicate tabs, sort,.. etc) that would be epic.
Also another feature request:
only close duplicated tabs from currently selected tab (not global duplicates)
thanks ! keep up the good work.
* Edit: okay, but how about shortcuts?Wotmołwa wuwiwarja
je so 8 éve napisałIn FoxyTab you can disable or move menu items within the parent menu but WebExtension does not allow moving items out of FoxyTab to the root of the Tab menu.

Is it possible to keep pinned tabs open when you try to "close tabs to the left"?Wotmołwa wuwiwarja
je so 8 éve napisałIt is possible and if there is a popular demand, I will add the option. - Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wužiwar Firefox 13460423, 8 éve
- Thank you for adapting advanced tab tools to the new version of Firefox. If I may ask for a feature, could you please add an option to lock tabs from closing when double clicking them? I think it would be very useful to lock tabs that you don't want to close, for example because you are posting on a forum and if you accidentally close the tab you would lose your post content. This is a feature that exists in the Tab Mix Plus addon which doesn't work on the new Quantum.
Could you please add this feature? Thanks!Wotmołwa wuwiwarja
je so 8 éve napisałI don't think the possibility is available in WebExtension API but if they become available, I can add them. Wotmołwa wuwiwarja
je so 8 éve napisał"Close Tabs to the Right" is already provided by the Firefox in the Tab contextMenu. There is no point in duplicating it. :)- Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Shahrzaad Parekh, 8 éveA very well designed and reasonably intuitive extension. Adds a lot of features for users who prefer or need more options to organize their tabs as well as save time and a few clicks. A good deal of customization for the appearance and order of features in the menu are available too.
I recommend users read the Help section within the options to get a full overview and idea about what each option does.
In terms of feature improvements, one hopes this would implement many of the features of its erstwhile competitors like TabMixPlus such as session management, multi-row tabs as well as a dropdown for recently closed tabs (that can be re-opened). However, much of these are dependent on now unavailable APIs and methods used in previous versions of Firefox.Wotmołwa wuwiwarja
je so 8 éve napisałAs you have mentioned, those options are not yet possible with WebExtension API but will be added once they become available. - Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wužiwar Firefox 12889199, 8 éveThe add-on includes a lot of helpful options, most of which you can deactivate if you feel you won't use.
However, there's one I can't seem to deactivate: how do I disable the site hosting country flag next to the address bar? Thanks in advance!
EDIT: Whoops my bad, thank you!Wotmołwa wuwiwarja
je so 8 éve napisałIt is in the Help. :)

- Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Marco Santos, 8 éveI love your plugin. Thank you for your hard work and your effort to make it even better.
I just have a small request to ask. Would it be possible an option to turn off just the Host Location Country Flag function?
I ask you this because I already use Country Flags & IP Whois extension – which is more specific to my needs - and I really don’t need two flags appearing simultaneously!
Edit: thank you for your response. Should've read the help file.Wotmołwa wuwiwarja
je so 8 éve napisałThank you for your kind comments. Yes, it is possible to turn it off. Disable the 'Copy Tab IP' and the flag, Copy Tab and their associated processes will be turned off. It is also mentioned in the Help. - Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Cyberknight, 8 éveThe list of tab actions is amazing (I only use a couple of them regularly, but it's good to know they are there on the rise of the occasion to use the others, as I actually needed recently).
2024: seven years after my original review, it still lacks acknowledgement of containers, though...Wotmołwa wuwiwarja
je so 8 éve napisałThank you.
AFA containers, TBH, I haven't looked into them yet, not even for general use. I will get to them one of these days.
There isn't any WE API to allow context-menu to be updated before it is shown at the moment so I can't add a reload count to the context-menu. Adding a marker (e.g. in the tab title) could be possible, but that requires getting into page content which FoxyTab isn't aiming to do. However, I can add it to the toolbar button pop-up, once I write the feature (another feature was also requested that could be added there). - Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wužiwar Firefox 13345807, 8 éveLike the title says, useful. Indispensable if you like to tweek tabs. I highly recommend this extension.
- Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot graycatgrayhat, 8 éveHave not been disappointed in the slightest. I am impressed with the UI, it is clean , organized and has powerful functions.
- Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wužiwar Firefox 13216083, 8 évegreat little addon, can you add option to open a private tab or link(s) in private tab?
ThanksWotmołwa wuwiwarja
je so 8 éve napisałThank you. Open which links in private tab?
Please post all support questions/requests to the support topic. - Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wužiwar Firefox 12677137, 9 éveThank you for this extension! Very simple, very effective. Also works on Pale Moon ^_^ Would you consider supporting the non-WebExt version for a while?
Wotmołwa wuwiwarja
je so 9 éve napisałThe Non-WebExt works until FF57 and should continue to work on Pale Moon. AMO will not accept any update to the non-WebExt version anymore. The features are identical (except that the v2.0 also has a contextmenu icon). If there are any issues, let me know via the support page and I will see what can be done.
