For some reason it ignores the capitalisation of letters which totally screws translations from languages such as German. Otherwise I've not used a better translation addon for Firefox yet.

This is the addon i use the most (if you don't count ad blocker which I "use" all the time), and in general it has worked very well, but the last few months it has started behaving weird, for example i sometimes have to open a google translate tab from the current tab before it starts working, but not every time. Also any text containing emojis won't work at all. But still it fills a great role for me and i use it almost all the time on chinese websites since i'm still learning chinese have a lot to learn.

Once the most convenient translator unfortunately has stopped working and still not fixed. Popups refuse to show up on webpages randomly.

try to modify the options, check and uncheck the options.
I did it and now it works correctly.

Great addon which unfortunately stopped to work properly with the newest Firefox vesion.
