The site might use some HLS feature that the plugin doesn't support yet or it might not be using HLS at all. Streamed videos are not all the same and different tools my be needed to deal with different protocols. But that's exactly the point of the free trial version - to let you test if it works on the specific site that you are interested in. The respective movie supposedly was available from 3 different servers (see "VidSrc"), i.e. "PRO", "Fenbed" and "Mixdrop". From what I observerved, "PRO" did not play at all (nor download with my plugin) but both "Fenbed" and "Mixdrop" did play and could be downloaded just fine.
