IC Inspector wot jorgenbuilder

The must-have Chrome extension for IC web devs. This extension adds a Chrome devtools tab, which properly decodes responses from canisters (smart contracts) and provides lots of useful debugging information.

- Readable request and response payloads for all canisters, regardless of candid interface availability
