    Can't connect to database. I'm on Linux Ubuntu (Zorin 17.1) with up-to-date versions of both Firefox and Keepass desktop app and the extension. Still won't connect, on multiple tries.

    This extension replaced all my insecure use of passwords.

    Just one fun fact: The exenstion does not work for me on accounts.firefox.com. It even does not show any dialog, when trying to recognize user definied fields.

    This is because Firefox restricts browser extensions when you are using their own sites. If you go to that page with another browser, it will work normally.

    A super program, together with the add-on. I have been using it for over a year to administer all my passwords. I recommend it.

    I'm loving it.
    KeePassXC is my favourite password manager and this add-on enables me to easily handle all login with extra security of my beloved password manager.

    I have the same problem, as many.
    This add-on does not link with the KeePassXC app (v2.7.9) on Linux Mint 21.2.
    It has been like that for 2 years !!!

    2 years? Please look similar issues from GitHub and read our Troubleshooting guide. If those are not helping, feel free to open a new issue there.

    I just do not get it running on my Ubuntu 22.04. Firefox. I tried all suggestions, even about not installing it as snap. It just does not work, maybe because it is difficult to install Firefox not as snap

    Take a look at our Troubleshooting Guide in GitHub, especially the section about AppArmor. Ubuntu can restrict Firefox usage through it, and the extension might not work with default settings.
