I used to have a good experience with this addon and its older pre-FF57 incarnation, but these days it paralyses Firefox as soon as I install or enable it. Does it conflict with other addons or features e.g Firefox Containers? Firefox Sync?
running on KDE Neon (=Ubuntu)

Answering the developer: yes, I have hundreds of tabs open (most are suspended). That's probably the issue then, thanks for the advice. I'll move my rating from 2 to 4 stars as the addon itself is great.

No known conflicts. Do you have many tabs open? Try selecting "Process only active tabs" under General options.

Update: v0.9.11 includes performance improvements which should make for a better experience.

    Prevents me from doomscrolling social media. Probably more annoying than you think, but specifically in a way that fits its purpose. A minor inconvenience and a beautiful guardian angel. Five stars.

    Infuriatingly excellent. I set a password for the settings, put the password on a thumb drive, and hid it, and I've never been able to cheat my restrictions. Leechblock has helped me get my life back in so many ways. I have a love/hate relationship with it because it's been so helpful for me, but I still find I want my sites!! Ah!! Love it so much. Five stars.

    Brilliant addon just wish there was an option to block settings (at least for a bit) but besides that its pretty complete, having minimal times makes you think about every time you want to allow access to an app, it becomes a decision not a habit so you actually have to think about how you spend your time.

    Thanks for the review. There are options to block settings. Look under "Access Control" in the General Options and also under "Advanced Options" for individual block sets.
