However since updating to the NG version it periodically loses all preferences I have set, and no longer blocks any pages. While I have a relatively short list of sites I want blocked, it is still rather annoying and were it to continue I would try find a better solution.

Можно выставить как время блокировки (по дням, в час, в неделю итп) как и задать общий максимум времени на определенных сайтах и их дочерних страницах.
Из особо приятного - можно удобно прописать исключения. Нпр. поставить блок на ютуб и все ссылки с него, но исключение ваш любимый канал с йогой или аудиокнигами

(actually not written by me, but my dad... :o) - Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Murly, před měsícemThis extension helped me organise days better. I tend to forget how to organise my time, so I block the sites I usually lose time on when I know I should do something else.
The only thing I wished was there that isn't is an off button for certain blocks. You can alway override, but it's redundant and sometimes inconvenient. I wish I could store a block set and only use it when I need it instead of having of overriding it or deleting it and redoing it each time.
