linguist84 - web pages translator+transliterator wot hscii

this extension is for translating + transliterating indic (indian , nepal , srilanka , bangldesh) languages.
it has been developed by starting from linguist and by adding transliteration feature also. its github repo is https://github.com/zawa8/linguist.

so it does 2 things :
1) using liinguist features it does translate words+grammar from english to indic languages : wgtra
2a) using font transliteration https://github.com/zawa8/font and fontpicker logic : https://github.com/zawa8/libhsciifp
2b) character transliteration using https://github.com/zawa8/htrlib
